Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SupraAds platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SupraAds.
Services Description
SupraAds provides AI-powered creative design services including but not limited to festive ads, branding materials, promo reels, social media creatives, product ads, WhatsApp creatives, website creation, brand identity, logo design, and AI chatbot development. Services are delivered digitally and timelines are communicated at the time of order.
User Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to the final deliverables. SupraAds retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell or redistribute our design templates as your own.
Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Revisions & Modifications
We offer unlimited revisions on all designs until you are satisfied. Revision requests must be communicated clearly and within a reasonable timeframe. Major scope changes may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
SupraAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to create content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt our platform's security or functionality.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
