Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds, revisions, and customer satisfaction.

We believe in fair practices. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our services.

Our Commitment

At SupraAds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver designs that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we will work with you to make it right through our revision process before considering refunds.

Revision First Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our unlimited revision service. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication and adjustments. We will revise designs until you are satisfied with the outcome.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if: (a) we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work within the committed timeline without valid reason, (b) the delivered work significantly deviates from the approved brief, or (c) there is a clear error on our part that cannot be resolved through revisions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for: (a) change of mind after work has commenced, (b) dissatisfaction with creative direction after multiple revisions were accommodated, (c) projects where more than 50% of the work has been completed and delivered, (d) services that have been fully delivered and approved, or (e) custom AI chatbot development work that has been deployed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the percentage of work completed. For example, if 40% of the project is complete, we may refund the remaining 60%. This will be communicated and agreed upon before processing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@supraads.in with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review your case and respond within 2 business days. We may request additional information to process your request fairly.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to our management team at hello@supraads.in. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly.
